Monochrome Monday # 8

So sinnlos. Grab eines jungen Soldaten.

No sense at all. Grave of a young soldier.

He must have been a raw recruit - a life expunged.

And we are still sending soldiers to die in war. We didn't learn our lesson. Very touching photo.

Not exactly a child, just 20 years of a young life. Very sad indeed. How many were there ? Far too much.
Thanks to share. He died unknown, and you make his life, his name noticed all over the world.

Many boys falsify their age, and went to war. Many never came back.

Soon it will be ANAZ day, when Australia and New Zealand remember their war hero of Gallipoli.

So sad, and so pointless in the end. All that death and still we've learned nothing at all.

Yes, very young indeed. Sad...the grave site is lovely though, and you've done an excellent job photographing it. Enjoy MM.
